Mikagura School Suite 6 (ミカグラ学園組曲⑥) is the sixth and final manga volume of the Mikagura School Suite series. It was released on March 26th, 2016 in Japan and adapted the first and third chapters of the fifth novel, the entirety of the sixth novel, and the first three chapters of the seventh novel, albeit with some differences.

Differences from the light novel[]
- Since so much of the story was covered in a single volume, much more content was omitted than usual - such as the entire second chapter of the fifth novel, Sadamatsu and Himi's battle, Yuuto and Asuhi's battle, and Eruna and Yuuto's battle.
- In the fifth novel, Bimii returns to human form after their meeting with the headmistress. In the manga, his human form is shown in one chapter as the headmistress, but Bimii himself remains in cat form for the rest of the story.
- The manga adaptation ends in roughly the same place as the anime, with Seisa joining the After School Paradise Club after her battle with Eruna. However, the story in the light novels continues for one more volume.
